Initially had a problem getting the licence key via email, but contacted support and they were extremely helpful and re-sent the email. Probably a spam filter prevented the email from reaching me. Aznyway, phone activation with Microsoft was easy. Called the number for my country and spoke each set of prompt numbers then had the option to receive a text with the answer numbers to input into the activation window. Went smoothly. Thanks again.
